Pet policy: There is a non-refundable fee of $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. A maximum of two pets is allowed, with a weight limit of 20 lbs each. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.

Additional monthly fees: $95, which includes water, trash, pest control, and facility maintenance.

Utilities: Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying for gas, electric, cable, and internet directly with the providers.
